Application Process
- Medspa Owner fills out the application form. One application allows you to apply for multiple locations if you have more than one.
- The Medspa Owner must sign the application and submit the application fee.
- We require a brief interview with the Medical Director of each location. Please let your medical directors know we will be contacting them.
- A member of our team will contact the owner if there are any questions or clarifications regarding the information provided.
- The owner will be notified as soon as possible and the listing in our directory will be added immediately. This is a customizable profile that you will be able to edit yourself. Digital certificate and assets provided for your website and social media.
